Q: Do you sell CD’s of the shiurim?
A: Only MP3’s are available through this site. For information on purchasing CD’s please contact navipods@gmail.com.
Q: Can I make copies of the mp3 files and give them to my friends?
A: No! All files on this site are copy protected and cannot be distributed to anyone other then the buyer. Duplication or the transfer of the files is prohibited (and is contrary to halacha).
Q: Can I search for shiurm by date?
A: Yes. Be sure to use the following format: Mon Day, Year. For example, Dec 24, 2016. Do not spell out the entire name of the month – just the first three letters.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept payments through PayPal. However, you do not need a PayPal account. You may use your debit or credit card without a PayPal account by clicking “Use Card” on the Paypal login screen.
Q: Do you store my credit card information?
A: No. Because we use PayPal to process your payments we never see or store your credit card information. Your information is protected through PayPal’s security measures.
